Open all year to everybody.This is beach is famous for rollerbladers, skateboarders and beach cruisers.Definitely harder to go faster when your riding against the wind but everyone figures out they’re speed to enjoy this ride through Long Beach gotta love it !I loved this run. One small sign indicated a detour, but it seemed to point to the entrance ramp of I-190, where another sign said bicycles forbidden, as expected!

I left at 7:30 am and parking lot was about 3/4 full by that time. has 2 river crossings ,that are slightly difficult lol if your not a good rider but most can make it.. has 2 bridge crossings in adoms canyon and after, if you start at the north end you can soak in the river to cool off right before the gun range near the end of the rideI live off the 22nd Street trailhead and so I access this trail pretty frequently. The closer you are to Ogden Canyon, the more traffic (hikers, bikers, and dogs oh my) there is.
Other than that, it's a whole lot of fun close to town.This is one of the best off-season rides in Ogden. I went up and down stairs every quarter mile which gave it an extra push.

The north side is much more exposed and technical than south of 12th. The real gem would be extending it north to the Falls, which at present, can only be reached via a maize of city streets. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.Offers a perfect veiw on a sunny day, lots of places to relax and enjoy the beauty.Nice walk today along side the beach, very relaxing. The neighborhoods in those sections were sketchy.The trail is paved throughout its entire length, making it wheelchair accessible. Try to catch it during sunrise for an extra special ride. Great views and separate paths for bikers and walkers/runners. Basically, some of everything with plenty of room for social distancing :).I've ridden this bike path hundreds of times and it never gets old. Mostly exposed to the sun so go early in the summer.Fun ride with a lot of trail options. This area of the County has a wealth of natural, recreational and scenic r esources, predomi nantly running along Evans 13-mile Lake Erie shoreline. Parking is free until 8am, but only $1 an hour past that.
