CRAPPY ass product!

Result? Those people haven't the slightest clue how to handle the warranty work. Their customer service is terrible.I purchased a Galaxy Note lll.
I don't hold out much hope for the non-customer focused organization called Samsung. with respect to the recent media reports regarding lower sales for Samsung cell phones, I believe the main reason for this is the Android operating system and the collection of personal data in order to target people with advertisements. I have make several calls and spoke to several people in different departments (kept a record of dates and names). Samsung you can eat my hairy ass, and you can bet I will reccommend to all I know, never to buy any of your products.Due to the amount of "bloatware" pre installed in you phones and tablets I have decided to do something I have sworn NEVER to do. Done!I have been buying Samsung phones for years without a problem, UNTIL now.

I wish someone would sue them!I wish I had read these comments before we bought our Samsung refridgerator two years ago. Please share if you know who we can reach out to to get some help. Our 4 year old dryer now has a 3 inch tear in the back wall metal and is damaging clothes. To make things worse, Samsung said it was physical damage & would not replace or repair it. One had a disconnected phone number.

I am switching all of my equipment to Apple. They called the distributor, who called JMJ. After insisting and 4 months of torment Samsung agreed to give me an E-Gift card to spend on their site. If Samsung produced a phone that was not tied to Google or other companies that do not respect peoples privacy I for one would be a loyal Samsung fan. I spoke to them and they finally said they couldn't repair it for one reason or another. No part. Samsung has poor products, CS and tech service.I feel with the all the reviewers out there. I know many people are really upset and will never buy another Samsung product again ,but that's not enough.

I contact Samsung again, requesting a replacement tv, Samsung customer service advised me the technician would have to make that call and he would be out to fix the tv again. But if they want to grow their company they sure better change their priorities and put the customer first, because right now the customer is dead last. Shows her real character or lack of it.I have called Samsung at least 40 times, chatted on their "Samsung Cares" chat line. Now they are saying we need some sensor which is on order.
