Although it was difficult to find information about refunds on Ticketmaster webpages, after contacting the customer care team, my refund was done immediately. Use the ‘Remind Me’ feature to get notified when tickets are about to go on sale. I will NEVER use Ticketmaster and if that means no more shows.
