The Breakfast Quesadilla from Guapo is the right amount of crispy tortilla, melty gooey cheese, and your choice of protein! If you've been to federal galley before you know how hard it can be to pick a spot! Chef Summer Le was born and lived part of her childhood in South Viet Nam.
It's dusted with tajin and finished off with a squirt of lime! However Guapo's menu stood out to me and I decided to try it! She is a chemist, a microbiologist, an artist, an entrepreneur, and a chef by heart.
