I do not want to buy anything and manually overclock it either. You might be able to lower the bitrate and increase the encoder quality to “slow” if you are to stream at a lesser resolution. I am also aware that I have to buy a cooler for an Intel chip if I choose to go with one of those, not a problem. I have been looking at a lot of the 3900X reviews and I am not all convinced that it is better for my needs. It will use up to 5% of your GPU power for perfect streaming, it's way more efficient than anything using the CPU. Anyways, I am just trying make a clear decision on what is best for me.
